How it works

Numbered on its own, quotations run QT-0001, QT-0002 and never use up an invoice number.

With GST shown, CGST and SGST or IGST are worked out, so the client sees the full amount before agreeing.

Valid until a date, which prints on the quotation, so a price does not stay open for ever.

When it is accepted, Turn into invoice copies every line, gives the invoice the next INV number and notes the quotation it came from.
